Luxe In Motion specializes in luxury designer handbags and accessories including jewelry, watches, sunglasses, shoes, and seasonal items. We will provide an estimated sale price* based on pictures and description submitted. If when an item is received and inspected the condition is not as described, the estimated price will be revised.

In order to consign items with us you as a seller must agree to the following terms:

  • Estimates can take up to 7 business days depending on the item and category. Once an estimate is sent that estimate is only valid for 14 days.
  • Seller will submit high quality, clear pictures of the item(s) the seller intends to consign. These pictures must include all corners, interior, handles, chains, zippers, logos and any imperfections
  • Any defects, scratches, or notable signs of wear must be fully disclosed in the form for consignment and pictures of those must be included. 
    • Items that arrive at our office with significantly more signs of wear than disclosed in the consignment form, or different from the pictures provided will not be accepted and there will be a $100 fee. Seller will be responsible for shipping label and insurance to send the item back to you. 
    • Items with strong odors will not be accepted. They will be returned at your/sellers expense with a $75 fee plus shipping. (Shipping and insurance are your/sellers responsibility).
  • Making sure everything we sell is 100% authentic is our number one priority. We have a 2-step authentication process for all items and we do not accept any counterfeit/replicas. In the event the item does not pass the authentication process, seller will incur a fee of $250, or item will be destroyed.
  • Seller agrees to consign item for a minimum of 90 days. If seller decides to request the item back before the 90 days, seller will incur a $150 processing fee and will be responsible for providing Luxe In Motion with a shipping label. Those items will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving the shipping label and instructions
  • We accept shipments from all major carriers, Insurance is highly recommended but at your/sellers discretion. 
  • Seller must print the completed form and the quote you received from us and include it with your shipment. 
  • We are not responsible for items while in transit, that is solely the shippers responsibility and we suggest always insuring the shipment. 
  • Seller and the team at Luxe In Motion can at any time agree to decrease or increase the price of the item, depending on the market and taking into consideration the time item has been for sale. 
  •  If after 90 days the item has not sold you can request for the item to be returned at your expense, or can partake in price reductions or  other promotional offers to give items more visibility and access to customers looking for major discounts. If after 120 days the item has not sold it should be returned to the seller, unless agreed by seller to keep on the platform for longer.
  • We sometimes offer promotional offers to our customers. If you want your items to be excluded from such promotional offers, seasonal sales, you must let us know in writing when you submit your items. 
    • If seller wants item excluded from seasonal sales, special promotions, live sales, or any other promotional offer, you understand your item will not be featured in those marketing materials and will not be featured on any social media or advertising referring to that offer/sale. This will potentially delay the time of sale compared to other similar items. 
  • Items will generally take between 1-2 weeks to be processed, authenticated and posted.
  • All photographs and any marketing material featuring your items in our website, advertising or social media channel is sole property of Re Shop Luxe DBA Luxe in Motion. 
  • Luxe In Motion is responsible for caring for your items in a locked/safe, clean, smoke-free, and pet-free environment. We take pride in caring for your items with love and care as if they were our own. We will not insure consigned items against natural disaster, theft, fire, damage, or other potential disasters. All responsibility for the items in those instances will remain with the seller.
  • You can choose to receive payment for the item once is sold, or use it for credit for your next purchase. We do not offer trades. 
  • Payments for items sold will be processed on the last Friday of the month, however that Friday must be at least 10 days after item was sold. We require at least 10 days from time of sell to process payments.
    • If the last Friday of the month falls on a holiday, payments will be processed the following business day
  • All payments are submitted through your consignor portal. It is your responsibility to complete payment setup. You can choose to receive a check or deposit via PayPal.
    • If you provide a business PayPal account, your payments are subject to PayPal’s processing fees. We suggest using a personal account if you prefer to avoid PayPal’s fees.
